Various utility companies service different parts of the Denver-Aurora Metro Area.
Please consult your property manager during the signing of your lease on the specific
utility company(s) that services the property you are leasing.
Unless otherwise directed, tenants are required to place electric and gas accounts in their
names no later than four (4) business days after commencement of the lease.
Stars & Stripes Homes, Inc. will place the water/sewer billing in the tenants name.
The majority of homes in the Denver-Aurora Metro Area are heated by gas, forced air, and the
hot water heater is typically natural gas also. The remainder of the homes typically operate off of electric!
